Very friendly and helpful staff who answered our queries! The breakfast was good too! We stayed for one night in early Nov 2024 and the water in the shower was hot which was good (make sure to let water run for 1-2 min before hot water comes out). Take note the hotel is a bit far from the city centre, but this can be resolved by taking taxi (better option if in a rush) or public transport (Airport Express to 28 May Metro Station, followed by Bus 85 to a stop near the hotel).

Nothing. I was already aware of the location at the point of booking so I was ok with it.

We booked their hotel initially and planned to extend our stay as I was with my family. Although there were a lot of little problems but we ignored it as it was a budget hotel. Then we planned to extend our stay for 2 days. The management asked 50 manat for 1 night while it was 45 manat here. So I booked from here. When we were leaving, we told the manager that we would come back after a few days. He said you do not need to book here as booking.com charges a heavy commission. Just let us know, and we will keep the room for you. While coming back from Gabala, I checked the price for the same room, and it was 45 manat here. I called the manager, and he said it's 65, but I will give you 55. At the same time, he updated the price here and raised it to 75. I was shocked and told him that we paid 45 per night before, but he said no. We were shattered by this behavior as I didn't know he would lie to us for money. After an hour, he raised the price to almost 100. Fortunately, we found an option very near to the city center in the same budget. But their behavior was very unethical and disgusting. We left stranded on the road due to them as we trust them.

We stayed for 4, 5 days. If you are staying for the long term like for 3 or 4 days, there is no housekeeping service. There is no elevator and you have to carry the luggage. You have to ask for everything and they take ages to solve one problem. They lie to you about the charges and always ask you for more. Only book through this platform. Otherwise, they will charge you double. The taxi can cost 12 to 15 manat for round trip to the city center. You can find other good options in the same budget near the city center as we did.

离老城有点距离，不过交通便利，有85路、52路、9路车在酒店附近，到主城区28may很方便。早餐是套餐，搭配得不错，吃得饱饱的。老板一家人都很好，善良热心，哈哈，老夫人特别可爱，她的微笑温暖了我们的心。他们家现在正在重新装修，以后会更好。推荐！

Гостиница еще новая, хороший свежий ремонт , чисто , двор выглядит симпатично внутри гостиницы !. В комнатах лежат все необходимые принадлежности , также фен и телевизор с интернетом !Есть терраса с чаем и кофе . Не смотря на то что мы проснулась в обед ,нам все равно подали вкусный завтрак👍 вообще нам понравилось !

It feels like home, the staff was super friendly and Helpful, rooms were clean, unlimited tea coffee, 100% recommended

The staff was really great in terms of service. Room of the hostel was cleaned and properly maintained.

Bathroom was not attached to the room.
