Picked this hotel for its location for a sporting event we were participating in. Ideal location, close to our event and within walking distance of many of Singapore's iconic landmarks.
Room was very cleann and comfortable. I would have preferred some drawer space to unpack more, but that was a minor hindrance.
Room was cleaned regularly and towels changed every day, despite hanging them up to participate in environmental program.
Room was beyond our usual budget level, and meals very expensive by our normal expectations. US$18 for a poolside beer was a surprise, for sure.

We stayed 3 nights pre cruise. I booked it for the location but mostly for the view. I booked a Premium Marina Bay room but when I checked in they gave me a room on the 5th floor at the corner with no view, knowing that this was not what I paid for, I returned to the check in desk and was reassigned to the room I actually paid for with a fantastic view of the Bay on the 13th floor. There rooms are fabulous for location, views and comfortable beds, but there are no drawers and a very tiny closet space, making them one night stands.

I ask for an upgrade and they made it happen. I was celebrating anniversary and happy birthday and they sent me a gift to the room. Service was excellent and food in restaurants were divine.

2 nite stopover on way to NZ. First room (deluxe) was not acceptankecax smelt very musty. After complaining we have been upgraded in way back when we stay again, also gave a late checkout, They were most apologetic. Hotel in good position, Easy city to walk around.

All the staff were attentive from the time of our arrival to when we depart. Upon finding out that it was our first time in Singapore, we receive a complimentary upgrade to a club room with a balcony facing the marina. Concierge service was top notch. I love the convenient of using QR code for requests during our stay.

amazing service. I visited Bali for a few days and did not want to take all of my luggages with me. They safely stored my luggages until I came back. That alone relieve so much traveling anxiety.

Overall this was quite a nice hotel. We did receive apparently a room upgrade into a larger room which gave us a nice big room with a king's size bed. I have a feeling this may have been because the pool was being repaired and was unusable. This was a little disappointing as it was part of the reason I booked this hotel however we could use the park royals hotel across the way which involved a short 5-minute walk. The Park royal hotels pool was very nice I would have to say. There is a small bar fridge in the room however the drinks in the fridge are apparently spring-loaded so if you remove one you automatically get billed to your room as a result it made refrigerating outside purchased drinks a little bit tricky! It does pay to look around a little bit in these hotels as there is usually a shopping mall which means you can go from one location to another without having to go out of the air conditioning. Just sometimes just takes a little bit of looking around to find the appropriate doorway! One of the party members was attending a conference at suntec convention center and this hotel was super convenient.

Great stay once again. One of the better breakfast buffets out of the main hotels in Singapore. Also decent pool area but pricey drinks. Gym is also good enough for a hotel

Am amazing hotel in a great location 5 minutes from the marina and nearest metro stop - lovely staff and so helpful - great bars and restaurants and the room was amazing too nice and spacious with a fab view of the marina
