A bad stay for me on this occasion. Sound-proofing is poor between conjoined rooms. I was kept awake by television noise emanating from the room next door. Staff eventually resolved the issue but at 1.30am being offered to move rooms was not a sensible option. Have made a request for compensation but may need to reconsider future stays.

Beautiful decor. Comfortable beds. Couldn’t connect my device to the TV - seems to be only set up for Android devices. Breakfast choices very basic for a high end hotel and tasteless and/underdone.

Located in a central area where you can get to everywhere quite easily. The rooms were very nice and comfortable.
Only negative was that the WIFI didn't seem to work for our rooms, it worked in the lobby but for some reason it wouldn't connect specifically in our rooms

Nice, hotel all clean, it’s a few minutes near the Brisbane central train station with easy access to the Airtrain. It’s not really a pedestrian friendly walk to the hotel, cause the roads are more car focused. Otherwise really spacious rooms, clean. Good facilities, breakfast is a bit on the expensive side, but enough options around the area. The only thing they could need are upgraded power sockets with USB so overseas travellers don’t have to lug their bulky traveladapters around.
