We love this place so much we came back for a second year in a row for a paintball tournament in the Kissimmee area. It's luxury living at affordable pricing. The staff is professional, efficient and friendly. The stay included a $25 credit for any of the food establishments on site which include The Pointe breakfast buffet, Marketplace "grab-n-go" cafe and two bars near the pool. There is also poolside service so we didn't have to leave our lounge chairs to get drinks or eats. The layout and landscaping create peaceful vignettes to roam or sit and visit. A complete workout room includes an outdoor yoga space and mats to guide a DIY routine which we took advantage of a couple mornings to start the day. We will definitely book here again for our next Florida vacay.

I didn’t stay , I had a family emergency and tried to get a refund but the manager said no. Not even a 50% refund.

No running hot water for shower. Stood in shower for 20 min and still no warm water. Lock does not work for room safety. Had to put a chair behind door for protection.

Very slow desk at check in even though I had checked in ahead online. Extremely long walk to the room with no luggage carts in sight to help us. Poor lighting where we had to park. On arrival to the room we discovered a horrible odor. Not sure if it was cigarette smoke or something else. Called the front desk, and they checked us into a different room. I was suprised at the run down condition. There was some sort of hole in the wall under the center nightstand. Inadequate convenience for my husband to plug in his C-pap. There was built up dirt in the corners of the bathroom. The shower conditioner apparatus was broken off the wall and sitting on the side of the tub, and the bathroom mirror had multiple areas which needed to be re-silvered. Lastly, I was not made aware of the extra fees and parking which was $54.00 extra. Makes a bargain a very lousy bargain. Not sure if this was Hotels.com fault, or the hotel's.

Hotel was amazing for the nightly rate. My only complaint would be the price of drinks at the poolside bar. Would have purchased and spent a lot more money of the price per beverage was reasonable.

Pretty much we had to make our bed with a 1inch spring mattress. They did not have any blankets. We were here for our anniversary and this was very disappointing and frustrating. Do not recommend this hotel.

They were very accommodating. We were impacted by hurricane Milton and have been without power for 4 days, so after not being able to get the room that we had reserved at a different hotel ( different company) we were able to book a room with them. They were kind enough to waive the pet deposit. And was able to get breakfast for free. Thank you for your kindness during this stressful time.

It was alright , walls are thin. People door slamming , loud noises in hallways , people not respectful , Parking overnight is 24$ , which I think should be free if your staying but that’s including with the state fees too , Second time booking this hotel , it probably be my last ,

The hotel is very nice. The parking situation isn’t ideal but it’s not too bad because there’s at least parking in the back of the hotel. We loved the convenience of it having a Starbucks in it and you can either do the buffet for breakfast or order breakfast next to the Starbucks place. The food was good. The hotel was okay on how clean it was. Our bathroom wasn’t 100% clean and when they brought my son’s crib, they didn’t include any sheets just a plastic mattress. We asked for sheets but they were never brought so we just took sheets from one of the beds and made it work. Overall we liked it and we would stay again. It’s only 8 mins away from magic kingdom.

Terrible experience after a day at the park get to check in and they say that there was no room available. With 2 children we were able to get to another hotel 3AM with Hotels.com help. Delta didn’t even care
