Nice location and amenities. Very easy to navigate the city. Enjoyed the breakfast. Did not avail ourselves of concierge services so cannot comment there.

They offered to hail a taxi for us but that taxi doesn’t charge by meter. And they didn’t mention the price until we arrived at the airport. Turn out the price was 30-40% more expensive then average Taxi / Uber by meter, left us with no choice but to pay. Returning to Taipei after 10 years, this kind of dishonest really left me with a bad impression in Taiwanese.

The location is close to MTR station and restaurant.
Employee are friendly. We were there when the 7.2 earthquake occured. The building safety is in check not much damages and all fire doors closed immediately in case of fire. I feel comfort even the earth continues shaking.

We stayed here for a week and had a good time. The location is great, close to a metro station, many sightseeing spots, as well as restaurants and cafes. The staff were very polite and friendly. The room is a bit old but clean and rather spacious. We had a bit difficult time stably having a good temperature and humidity in the room, but I guess it’s a lot due to the temperature fluctuation.
