Stayed for Nekocon, and just like last year this was an excellent experience for my stay. Plenty to dine within a short walk or drive.

I stayed for 1 night in our nice 2bedroom queen suite room with a sofa bed the cleanliness was amazing but it was only 2 major flaws 1: we didn’t have any hot water and 2: we called the front desk and they told us that the maintenance people would be up there in a few minutes hours upon hours came and still nothing so my kids and I couldn’t take a shower due to the water is cold

Overall cleanliness of the hotel was excellent. Plenty of breakfast options. TV channels limited. 40 total. Shower temperature was like warm at best.

Unfortunately not in the nicest area but staff was friendly and room was clean. we were put in a room that could be adjoining which meant you could hear everything from the next room. Breakfast was good but could use a few more options. Would stay again

All the staff were really nice. The property was clean and no weird smells. Our neighbors were really noise and the host took care of it right away.

The room was great and clean. Parking was never an issue. The breakfast was wonderful. The only problem we had was the hot water stopped working. It worked the night before in our room, but in my sister's room the next morning it did not work. They fixed the issue in her room by the time we got back. My room did not have any hot water though. We worked all day cleaning out my dad's house and were dirty and sweaty. We wanted nothing more than to take a hot shower to come back and have no hot water. They fixed the issue, but it was a few hours before the water was really hot. Really upset about this.

This was my 3rd or 4th time staying at this property and the first time I've any real issue. First the door wouldn't close properly without pushing it hard, then of course it would slam, disturbing those around me. Second, did not have any hot water. Called front desk and was told that no one was there from maintenance until 8am. I had to leave by 7, so took a cold shower. Returned to the room around 3pm, and still no hot water. I didn't even bother to call desk again, just packed my belongings and left. Basically, paid for 2 nights, only used one. As a Hyatt member really disappointed there wasn't more urgency to take care of this issue.

The room itself was fine. However our room was never cleaned the entire time we stayed there. The cleaner would come around early and we would still be in the room but she never came back later to clean. We were usually out of our room by 11. Also after we checked out they charged us an additional $51 and when I called numerous times to find out what that charge was I got different answers. One woman told me it was for taxes, which I had already paid when I booked the room. Another said it was an incidental fee which would be returned to my card which it never was. I asked them to email a copy of my bill and then sent me two blank copies. I’ve called the hotel directly and the 800 customer service number multiple times and it is still not resolved. In my last call I was told they would be refunding the charge and sending me an email. Still hasn’t happened. I’m going to have to dispute the charge with my credit card company.

My overnight stay was very comfortable. Check in was smooth and the front desk personnel was very informative and friendly. Would stay here again!!
