The room and hotel in general, were clean and well maintained. Front desk employees could be more aware of customers at the desk. Other than that, I have no complaints with our stay.

Horrible. Please note, this is factual and fair in our assessment of the property and our stay. We stayed three nights and the room was never cleaned. The front desk told us each day that we would be placed on the list to have our room serviced. Each night arriving later in the evening, the room was never attended. The front desk apologized and stayed it would be corrected for the next day. It never was. We were told that we would be given a partial credit and that "Michael" would call us, of which he never did and no partial credit was received. Not our goal to receive a credit, we simply needed the errors addressed. Also, please note, room door had to be slammed in order to close. The bottom of our feet became black from the dirt when not wearing socks. The toilet would not stop running unless the handle was jiggled several times. The list goes on folks. There are plenty of other hotels next door. We simply do not appreciate being lied to on multiple occasions by the front desk. We are probably the nicest folks you'll ever meet. This is simply a terrible multi-night experience that didn't have to be this way given the multiple opportunities to correct. Again, I never want you to experience what we had to endure.

Good overnight stay. Disappointed as indoor and outdoor pool listed, but it is one pool with an open glass access in between. It was closed while we were there and that’s why we chose the hotel. I think they should clarify the description. Gym was nice - had machines and weights. Breakfast had some hot foods and was decent. Beds were comfortable and room was quiet.

We really loved our stay at the Hotel in October 9th through 10th. Our last stay however wasn’t as expected. The bathtub had tub repair / reglazing that was peeling and the residue or flakes were on the floor of the tub. The room was clean but the bathroom with the tub in this condition was not comfortable so we pulled the shower curtain to hide it, I would rethink this hotel and it is a shame as we really love the location and amenities. Should be fixed as it is unfit for hotel guests!

Saturday we got woken up at 6 am by people trying to get into the room, they have something they use my partners was really allergic to, and Sunday 6am the people in the room next decided to have sex and she was loud and sounded like she was being murdered not pleasured

Hotel staff was extremely friendly, check in process was fast. Tim was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good.

I would have given It 5 stars, but the new restaurant and bar was not open.

The stay was calming and the staff attentive and friendly. We very much enjoyed the upgrade offered and plan to stay again in November. The suite was roomy, quiet and very comfortable.

I don’t think no one should stay in room 223 is because you hear every single thing especially the door closing back-and-forth upstairs on top of your head a lot of walking because of the community room and crickets and I never been to a hotel with they allow big dogs to walk around the premises outside And people are letting their dogs defecate on the grass no bags or anything

Room was huge, clean, and comfortable. Outside spaces for not well kept, over flowing trash bins for three days and messy hallways. Breakfast wasn't bad and service was good. Place just feels a little aged.

Pool was cold bc it was cold outside. I thought there was a whirlpool, wrong. Must have taken it out. The room had a jacuzzi/jetted tub which was clean and looked newer. My kids enjoyed that since the pool was so cold. Bathroom was clean mirror was a touch light, new didn’t get too bright for those who wear makeup might be hard to see. Tv channels were horrible. Breakfast decent, need more kid friendly cereal choices! Only bummer was that they couldn’t get the fire place lit while we were there. Would have been a perfect time for it! Overall nice stay, would stay again.

I liked the access. It was a quiet hotel. Could have had better TV system, but overall it was a pleasant experience.

There was two strands of hair in my bed and the tub was dirty

The bathroom faucet literally fell off its handle and could not be used. Did not find that out till late at night no maintenance available.
