Everything about the hotel was great except the food

The staff was very nice and the hotel clean and the food very good

The private beach area is phenomenal and well maintained. The buffet breakfast is exceptional and very well priced.

The hotel is very nice and safe there’s a great buffet. And rooms are comfortable

Service was very inconsistent at best. Especially at reception. When I checked out moments ago the attendant didn’t respond verbally to my greeting, showed me the minimum level of acknowledgement and seemed inconvenienced. She did not thank me for my stay, offer help with bags or a cab she just gruffly handed me some ticket and told me to hand it to the valet. It really left a bad taste in my mouth after I stay I would’ve otherwise rated as being good.

Love it! Cartagena was hot, one day it felt like 113Fdegrees but the Hilton was the only place that had the AC on full blast.

Our check in was horrid, staff at front desk was not very welcoming nor accommodating. We arrived at 10 am and requested an early check in, prior to arrival, whicj was not available and we had to wait until official check in at 3, to access the room. During that time, no member of staff extended any courtesy to us, updates on room readiness only came when we asked, otherwise we were on our own. It felt as though they were purposefully making us wait until 3 PM. We did not interact with the front desk for the duration of our stay, as a result of what we experienced on the first day. Overall, the hotel feels cold as hospitailty seems genuinely lacking, staff busy themselves with tasks, but few engage with guests. On a positve note rooms are cleaned daily and that is done well. If you want a vacation where you just need a place to act as a base for other activities away from the hotel, then this could be an option. If you are looking for more then this is not the palce for you.

The air conditioner fan was too loud. They never came to fix it. Lucky I didn’t spend much time in the hotel.

Wonderful overall experience. Sound proof rooms are a plus. Beautiful view of the ocean from my room. Beach front property and nice pools with hot tubs was great. Breakfast buffet offered various food options. Special thanks to Meredith from housekeeping and Luis who served us during breakfast.

The breakfast was delicious with multiple options including fresh fruit, a juice station, an omelet station, etc. Great customer service, nice hotel facilities, highly recommend it.

The hotel is excellent and the service is the best they have. You feel very safe in the hotel facilities. In the bar area, Bladimiro and Jamir were phenomenal explaining the best areas to get to know the city! Every time I travel to Cartagena I choose the same hotel and I will continue using it!
