This is such a great place to stay. The staff and cleanliness of the hotel were so inviting. The nice walk to South Coast Plaza made our shopping trip and work trip very enjoyable.

We went for a one night stay to use the pool and relax. Was disappointed that there was black algae all around the pool and it got on my bathing suit. I never had this happen at a Westin. The staff was very attentive and took care of the situation promptly.

Great place to stay, comfortable, and quiet. Perfectly splendid!

Everything was excellent

Took 3 hours in heavy traffic to arrive. We were assigned a room with a faulty key lock system and had to spend an additional 1/2 trying to get another room. They knew the room was faulty when it was assigned. Some wear and tear in the bathroom. Overall, clean and the bed comfortable. Might stay there again should the occasion arise.

Great place to stay in Santa Ana

Felt unwelcomed when I walked in and not greeted. Checked in went to the room and the keys didn't work. Had to go back down and get new keys and a completely different room. The lady who helped me was rude. I think this is the last time I stay at the Westin.

The hotel was very nice. No issues. There is very little in the immediate vicinity around the hotel.

This hotel is definitely 5 star all around. I wish I could remember the name of the registration clerk who checked us in because she was amazing. We booked through a third party app which was no help at all when we needed to extend our reservation. The person who checked us in said no problem and fixed it so we could stay in the same room both nights and not have to pay a second night pet deposit. All of the staff were excellent. So friendly and helpful. Very accommodating. And if you have pets this is the place to stay! Big grassy areas and walking paths. So many restaurants and shopping a few steps away. The bar staff was also so friendly and great service. The hotel and premises was immaculate. I come often and usually stay at a hotel close by but my loyalty is now to this Westin. Rooms are also quiet, clean and comfortable. Very nice pool area and grounds are beautiful and well kept. I can’t say enough. You won’t regret your stay here!

Great hotel! Quiet yet active enough for a family. Pool is amazing. Staff is super attentive. Great location.
