Stayed 4d3n at Hilton PJ due to its convenient location. Food is good and cafe staffs are friendly, waiters should be more alert while on duty as one guy dropped the tray while passing by our table and my wife’s back got hit by the tray. Quite disappointed with the room conditions since it is a 5 stars rating hotel. We got a room which during check in, bathroom floor was not cleaned properly with stains, basin full of cracks, water leaking out from bottom of basin and entrance of bathroom floor with rusty marks, end up we need to ask for floor mats to cover those water leaking areas and request to change those mats with rusty marks everyday. Bathroom size is small, shower area without glass door resulting bathroom floor is always wet after showering. Facing tap water discolouration (due to on going maintenance work) and water temperature inconsistency issue from first day until last day of our stay. Tap water could turns very hot and discoloured out of sudden even if temperature is not adjusted and even in the mid of water running. Night duty manager did offer another room for shift but the room is having same water temperature inconsistency issue after performing check by own. Expect room conditions to be examined by staffs before offering to guest instead of having guest to perform condition check by their own. There is no facilities or play room for kids, not so friendly to family with young children.

From the valet staff to the front desk staff they were all excellent.

I really appreciate the valet staff and the front desk staff.

The room was clean and the staff was really courteous and friendly from beginning to end!! The breakfast was tasty and always warm. Unfortunately, the pool was under construction, so there was not much to do. Also, there was no shuttle system and so the stay turned out more expensive because I had to use taxi to get around. I did ask about the shuttle and they said they had it running before covid. I think the hotel will gain 5 star from me if the shuttle was up and running to drop and pick up guests at the main malls at least twice day or upon request.

The hotel was at the tail end of its renovations and its main entrance was still blocked. Taxis had a hard time finding the way to the hotel and friends who came to pick us up were also lost. The room we were assigned was spacious and very comfortable. We had luxurious towels, coffee, tea, slippers and bath robes. They also provided new tooth brush sets every day and there was also Crabtree and Evelyn products in the bathroom. But restaurant choices were limited and the makeshift bar was a let down though the happy hour beer was a steal.

There isn't much to do around the property. Also due to the construction, inside the property the options are very limited. The spa was closed, only 1 restaurant option. And staff are very nice and helpful. The not so good: There is a renovation going on and taxis seems to get quite confused as to where the entrance is. The bed was slightly too much on the form side for my taste. The pool is nice but 1.5m deep with no shallow end, so no great for young kids. All in all a very nice hotel

Renovations happening out the front at the time, the hotel should look at the bathrooms and either deep clean them or remove the silicone throughout as there is so much mould it looks like it doesn’t get cleaned sufficiently- especially for a hotel with the Hilton name attached, The ballroom is awesome and very nice
