Nice hotel. But the rooms are missing updates. One of our rooms had roaches under the beds and the other room had a floor that was falling apart. The service was great and they were very attentive and super friendly. In a good area. Might come back

Big clean rooms, close to many dinner options and entertainment! Very comfortable bed and linens. We will return when back in GDL!

It is a great hotel, it would be amazing could get a room at the upper floors ( the room was a 4th floor, gym level l, with no view at all) as advertised on the description about all rooms has a city view, maybe because i got the reservation through Hotels.com
