I was very disappointed that the hotel did not have room service!

The pool was under construction. The room door made a loud knocking sound because there was no seal or cushion between the door and door frame on the side of the door knob.

We got there a they refused us a stay because they had only single rooms. We had a booking and confirmation. We asked them to give us two for the same price and said she couldn’t do it. Mind you we had call d for late arrival and had stayed there two nights before. We rebooked got a room and confirmation. So at 1:30 am we have to go find another hotels with no offer offer help.

Check in was easy and fast. Airport shuttle is available 24/7 and you can park your car for less than at the airport.

The people were nice. But TRULY this is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at amenity and comfort wise.

There were plenty of loose hairs in the bathroom and hall vanity but it was late and they seemed understaffed. I used disinfectant wipes. There was no hand soap only a small bottle of body wash on the sink. The Keurig was very grimy on the inside so no quick cup of coffee before leaving. The bed was ok. The best part is that it was very quiet in the room so we slept all night.

Our stay was nothing short of amazing! From checking in to checking out, the overall experience was fantastic. Our room was exceptionally clean, and the staff was friendly and very attentive. This hotel is beautiful. You won’t be disappointed staying there!

Checked into the room and there was no blanket or bed spread on the bed, just a sheet. There was no hand soap. The ice bucket was super sticky and the liner bag had mold on it like something had been spilled or the bucket was not dry. Asked for a few more towel and a blanket and the blanket was handed to me at the door. When I called for towels, they brought them up tossed in a trash bag. It felt like I was put into an un remodeled room? Walls were very thin and was woke up at 6am listening to very LOUD women cackling in the hallway and room next door.

My stay was excellent. The only thing I found bad was the air conditioning, which is so loud that it can wake you up. Everything else was very good.

The wife and I stayed last night after the jelly roll concert! Hotel was pretty nice. Room was clean. The bathroom was a little small and didn’t have any toilet paper lol. The bed was just average and that’s the only reason I didn’t give them 5 stars. We tossed and turned all night. But I’m just picky with my bed lol. Overall a decent hotel for the price

The renovation is AMAZING!! Service is excellent, as always. Rooms are beautifully rejuvenated. The dining and bar are nicely lit and very comfortable. The entire building is spotless and quiet.

I like simplicity - easy in, reservation was good, room was nice, did some work- watched a little tv - hit fitness room (clean), showered and good nights sleep - great stay
