Not as clean as it should have been. All of my wipes were dirty when I cleaned my own room upon the arrival. Also, charging for parking without it being stated online (Expedia)

When purchased my reservation, was given wrong room and had to ask to change it to what I initially paid for. The clerk said sometimes it happens. ? ??
Also, when going to check out. Clerk instructed to drop keys into a basket? With many other peoples keys?
Seems unorganized to me. Should have guests be able to check out exactly when they need to. Not when the hotel feels it convenient.
Still have no gotten my receipt or that I checked out in my emails. Very unprofessional for double tree. Also a few of things in the room were chipped, the shower curtain was cheap and tattered also.

Waited over an hour to be picked up at the airport which was close to the hotel. The swimming pool had lots of leaves and wood pieces in the pool and around on the pool decking.

Ok property. Expected more from a doubletree. Service was excellent. I had a flight cancellation and they were very generous with late checkout.

This hotel is not worth the money that I paid for it. The hotel is stale and DATED!! The bathroom looks dirty and the room felt really dirty and stale. The only good thing about the hotel was that they have an airport shuttle and the bed was actually comfortable. The door to the room was loose and you could see through the crack into the walkway. The walls are really thin and the floor squeak. If I could dispute this with my credit card I would!!!

Our room was clean, comfortable and the ac was fantastic. It was a short shuttle ride away to the airport and was provided by the hotel.
