This place was obviously recently renovated. However, it was roach infested. I didn't sleep at all because roaches were falling from the ceiling, crawling on the bed and floor. I counted at least 20 roaches in my room. They were small not the large ones that come out on occasion. There was an obvious infestation. Terrible.

The room was good. The bathroom was so tiny I couldn't move. There was no breakfast to speak of. Two eggs stuck to the bottom of the pan. Two greasy sausage pattys. No gravy, no biscuits, no grits.
I couldn't get a receipt because I booked with a third party. Why??? Probably won't stay there again.

The employees were friendly and helpful. The building needs some cosmetic care. The room was clean , bed comfortable. The clientele was scary. Police had to visit.

The linings on one of my beds were dirty along with several of the pillows. My room had a wierd almost mildew smell and the floor and shower had obvious stains on them

The smoking room was saturated with the smell of Marijuana. Found a note in elevator trying to sell gas..i.e. Marijuana. Management said they can't control smoking Marijuana in rooms...blame god he made it! Would not refund for unused nights. He's fully aware of the illicit things going on at this location but prefer money over doing the right things!

This was the worst hotel I have ever seen. No elevator in main lobby entrance. Elevator was around the back of hotel and was filthy. Had to get buzzed in to lobby upon arrival; one attendant on hand. Was charged a $50 deposit on the non-smoking room I booked. When we got to the room the lights did not work and the AC was off. The room temperature was at least 85 degrees at 7:30 p.m. Was unable to stay at this hotel and returned to lobby for a credit of the deposit charged. Have initiated an inquiry for full refund. Investigation pending.

it would of been good but our fridge was dirty with mold and there was a group that was loud and up till 4am talking real loud on the stairs outside of the room

The hotel was run down, the room you couldn’t walk without your shoes or your feet turned black.
We discovered bed bugs the morning after we arrived so we left early.
Have been working with Expedia to get a refund but have not been able to get anywhere so far with the hotel responding.

The lady that checked us in was very rude! I couldn’t understand her. My husband has a muscle disorder so I reserved an accessible room to guarantee a room on the 1st floor. She questioned me if I really needed a handicap room. He walks on a walker!! It was VERY sketchy!!! We woke up to someone’s suitcase outside our door!! WOULD NOT STAY HERE AGAIN!!!!

The housekeeping staff started beating on my door hours before checkout. I went ahead and opened the door and told her come on and start cleaning since she couldn’t wait until I checkout! She snatched the sheets off the bed and went to wipe the bathroom counter with dry napkins! No disinfectant or anything! Like wow! I have never been harassed like that!
