This hotel always impresses me. The staff in this hotel go out their way to make sure your stay is comfortable and relaxing. In particular the staff in the lounge can never do enough for you always looking after you nothing is too much trouble. This hotel in my opinion is one of the best in bangkok , i visit bangkok regularly and always stay in the Landmark. Well done to all the staff..

Easy courteous checkin. Corner I reserved was clean and very comfortable. Weekend buffet was reasonably priced and high quality. This is my 5th time here and still think it's the best option for the location and hotel quality.

This is one of the mose comforting and satisfying stay I've experienced. Every employee were kind and helpful. The breakfast buffet was vary satisfactory with variety of dishes with quality. The staffs were always trying to give me extra service as possible. I was able to go to the executive lounge, where you can have free drinks and food. The swimmimg pool was also a gem of this hotel. It's not grand, but its atmosphere and friendly staffs made it pleasent to be at. Only thing unsatisfactory was that the air conditioning was too strong, and the highest temperature you could set was 23 degrees celcius, which is too low for me. Other than that, I would recommend every friend who are planning to go to Bangkok to stay at this hotel.

Second stay at The Landmark for me. Location is perfect for Sukhumvit, right next to Nana BTS. Makes it realy easy to get around. This time the front restaurant was under remodeling, which was sad because it is a perfect lunch spot. But it will probably be very good when they reopen. The service and staff are great, bed can be a little firm for some. Breakfast has a lot of both western and asian options. Pool area is nice, not to busy when I was there. Never a problem getting a seat. Only thing I would comment is that the hotell has a more contemporary look and feel compared with some of the newer hotels. Which can be good or bad depending on your taste. I enjoied it, and will probably return.

On the check in, they did not have room i booked (king size bed) so solutiIn offered was either two twin beds or smocking room. Check out took 20 minutes becuase apparently she was checking me out from the wrong room. All while holding my room key in her hand with my room number written by hotel's staff!!!!

I have stayed at the Landmark on many occasions and am always very happy with the comfort, service and high standards that the hotel always provides.

I always stay at the Landmark. No reason whatsoever to explore other hotels. Friendly helpful staff, quiet but in a central location.

I always stay in the Landmark when in Bangkok. Never any problems so why change?

Easy to get around, good service , and friendly staff

There was someone who set up a drum and bass stereo outside on the street. I was on the 27th floor and I could hear it until 2am. It was just one night, but... It's what you get on a Tuesday night in Bangkok. There are eye plugs in the night stand, so the Landmark has thought of everything. Not their fault. :)
