Disgusting! Stained sheets, dirty carpets, smelled horrible! Couldn’t get my window open fast enough. Would absolutely not stay here again.

The room smelled terrible, tv would work. Got changed to another room which smelled worse. Needs updating really bad. We had to stay there since there was no other hotels available in the area due to a convention.

Easy to find. Can walk to restaurants. Safe area! The walking path is located right behind and is a great walk! You can tell this is an older hotel, but the staff is amazing and the rooms are clean!

Not very clean and rundown in general. No soap or shampoo in bathroom, when i asked the front desk for some they said they were all out of soap. The exhaust vent was hanging out of the wall and caked with dust. Visible hand prints on the headboard. Tv was not working. I expect better for the price i paid. And i always expect hand soap available.

Neither our TV nor the phone worked. But the manager was very apologetic and figured out a way to compensate us with extra rewards points. He then followed up with emails. Mistakes happen but I really appreciate it when people work hard to correct the situation

Friendly staff, convenient location - our second stay on our trip. Stayed on our way to Washington and stayed on our return to visit the Archway. Will stay again!

I felt that the staff was very pleasant and friendly. They always made sure that if I needed anything to just let them know. They made me and my family feel welcomed and was willing to accommodate any needs we had.

If you are looking for shopping - head north on 2nd Ave and there are many places to shop - including a Wal-Mart about 4 miles north of the hotel. Staff is friendly and helpful and the room was very nice. Recommend this hotel!

The sheets and mattress pad had urine stains. Had to have the changed since supposedly no rooms to switch to. I feel breakfast was week!

The hotel was so quiet, so nice to be able to relax. My tv did not work when I checked in the desk clerk came up right away and fixed it. The room was clean
