The hotel staff are lovely and very helpful. The restaurant is decent but overpriced for the quality of the food. You can get much better downtown for the same price. Great bartenders though! Rooms are big and comfortable. The updates made are ok, but the paint is kind of chipping, carpet is starting to lift in places, etc. My only real issue is that the entire place is full of cheap, artificial air freshener and scented cleaning products and it’s truly awful.

The food and service were exceptional and they had an impressive wine list. Overall our experience was top quality and the staff went out of their way to make our stay a 5 star experience.

Our room wasn’t ready on time which is understandable given staffing issues these days but the staff made no effort to provide any sort of hospitality while we waited. A bottle of water, an invite or discount on a drink in the hotel restaurant or something along those lines would have been a very nice touch. Room was ok, loved the fireplace but the couch in the living area was not comfy at all. One wall of plug ins didn’t work. For the money we spent on a “presidential suite”, I expected more.

Couldn’t find a diverter. Food in the restaurant was far above average hotel food. Brussels sprouts amazing. Service was the next to worst I’ve ever had making even the very good food not worth it.
