Beautiful location overlooking the waterways.

We were there before our cruise. It was a very nice hotel. Would stay again.

There was a distinct smell of marijuana in our room. We told the front desk. They said they could put a machine in our room to help to remove the smell. We were told that the machine would be loud and would take up a lot of space in our small room. We asked to be moved to another room, but we’re told they were fully booked. At 11 PM two staff members came to our room and realized how bad it was. They moved us to the neighboring hotel.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Doubletree, Rotherham and it was an experience that mey all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, with a warm greeting and helpful information about the hotel amenities. The room was spotless and the bed was comfortable. One of the highlights of my stay was the hotel restaurant. The food was delicious and the service attentive without being intrusive. The hotel’s location is another big plus, conveniently near all pulic transportation and within walking distance of the shopping area and restaurants made exploring the city easy and stress-free. Overall, my stay at the Doubletree was excellent. The combination of great service, and prime location made it a memorable experience.

Very nice hotel, staff extremely helpful. Was not disturbed by renovations - and rooms are extremely modern and pleasing. Will definitely stay here next time I am in Rotterdam!

I make a reservation more than 6 months ago with Maas Hotel. When I arrived by address, I was not able to locate hotel by name. I was not notified about any name change . Than I found that price for my room is now much less, than I paid when I make a reservation . It’s not fare . Also room is extremely small . View from window is amazing . Also I recommend pay attention of dirty windows , they definitely need to be clean . Breakfast is delicious with huge selection

Overall condition of Hotel was average. Drains were blocked which mean shower and toilet were both overflowing. Would not recommend.

Room was fine, but breakfast was highly disappointing and not befitting a hotel of this price. Becon was bleak and yellow, sausages pale and unappealing. Selection very limited.

I have stayed in the hotel previously when attending conferences in Rotterdam. The reception service can be hot and miss; they often cannot provide information or support. However this is rectified by more skilled staff. The hotel is being rebranded with a more well known name within their chain. Hopefully they only have one reception as they currently have two - ***** Hotel and **** Hotel - Maas and Mainport Hotels. The breakfast service is excellent, sadly dinner is not so good.
