The are continuing renovations but we didn't hear any noise really. The renovations have done a great job updating the rooms. Its a nice hotel, great location and not ridiculously overpriced like most of Disney's hotels. You get the full 7 day reservation on the fast passes too.

What an excellent hotel! Great location, walkable to the Disney Boardwalk. Easy transportation to the parks. It was quiet and clean as well. The grotto pool felt like a luxury resort pool. Would highly recommend and would easily stay here again !

Overall was a great stay. It’s a shame you have to pay extra to park. No microwaves available anywhere & restaurants were mediocre. Great location though!

The rooms were modified by Marriott with a bland pale gray color scheme and the materials look like a cheap motel. We've stayed in better looking rooms in a Choice Hotel. The lobby is small and boring looking, the Dolphin's is much better. The deli/coffee shop is smaller than the Dolphin's and has shorter hours. The Dolphin also has a better "general" store. It's impossible to contact the reception/front desk by phone, you get transferred to a central customer service. I had to go down to reception for help. It was impossible to order room service food by phone or even with help from reception. I needed to download an app! The hallways and lobby were very cold, I would guess about 66 f. degrees when it was 95 and humid outside. I needed to wear a jacket inside the building. I complained multiple times but nothing changed. The Dolphin's public places were a normal temperature and comfortable.

Great Stay and Great Room as always. Love the Bartenders too in the restaurant called Il Mulino ..

2 sinks, fridge, easy and early access to Hollywood Studios and Epcot. Timely bus to Magic Kingdom. Early access to Lightening passes. Beautiful spacious hotel.

The hotel atmosphere is great, and the staff are very friendly. It's a perfect choice for a Disney trip.

The swimming pools are really nice. There's a lot to do in the hotel.

We enjoyed our first Disney trip with our daughters here. I loved the walking aspect and the pool is wonderful. Great coffee and snacks. Big room as well!

The hotel is Close to the park

Amazing experience as always. One of my favorite on property Disney hotels !! Only thing I miss is the character breakfast buffet of the past. Love the boat transportation to Epcot & Hollywood Studios and the ease of going to the Boardwalk area for meals and entertainment.

I love every moment I was there ! Everything outside was clean ! Love how easy was to get to the theme parks ! Love how many pool they have super nice!

Was not informed of building works upon checking in despite staying for 13 nights. Requested daily housekeeping - didn’t happen on 2 days - had to resort to ringing down to book it everyday to ensure it happened. Room is starting to look a bit tired and will undoubtedly benefit from upgrade. Great service at il mulino. Beds very comfy. Pool bar was also under refurbishment for part of our stay- when you book an extended 13 night stay and Marriott contact you multiple times before checkin about incidental things they should really make you aware upfront of refurbs
