Wonderful staff, always knew our name, our room was like heaven, so beautiful, the Bar Hemingway had great cocktails, such an amazing eclectic space, we loved the fact that being house guests we were able to bypass the queue. We were very impressed by the bell boy who wheeled our luggage two blocks to our taxi due to the road closures because of the Olympics.We will definitely return next year.

negative things: no coffee machine in room and one of the staff told my girlfriend that she is not allowed to do pictures inside the hotel which soubds not right as there are many guests who post pictures from inside the hotel on social media. All in all still highly recommended hotel

We ordered room service and ordered 3 single scoops of ice cream for my family. When we got the ice cream each scoop was the size of a ping pong ball, just ridiculous. Also, no iron in the room and had to wait 45 minutes to get one. To top
It all of , room service rang our door buzzer at 10:00 pm when we were sleeping and then came in without us saying come in or opening the door and we never called for room service on this particular night. Really weird. I will not be back.

Simply put, it was an incredible experience and worth splurging for if you’re ever in Paris. Never have we felt so welcomed at a hotel at every level. In an establishment with so many guests, you somehow felt like you were the most important.

Amazing property. The Ritz is legendary and for good reason. The staff meets or exceeds one's expectation. I am spoiled and will not consider another property on my next visit to Paris. Head and shoulders, simply the best.

This is the best hotel in the world, not one of the best.
It is elegant in a classic style with excellent service, located in a beautiful place. Starting from checking in, leading us to our suite room , we felt a heartily warm service offered. All staff from the reservation to the room service, from concierge staff to the bell captain, every one work so hard to offer you the best service. This hotel is the best not only in it beautiful hardware and great location, but much more in their service offered. I feel that my decision to stay in Ritz paris is one of my best decision life time, definitely I shall come back.
We had been traveling all over the world and stayed in many famous 5 to seven star hotels, but Once again I emphasize that Ritz Paris is the best hotel in the world not one of the best.
