Great stay with wonderful staff!

Excellent hotel stay; highly recommend this location as it is near Huntington and Newport Beach.

Had a reoccurring issue with the hot water during by stay but it was sorted out quickly both days after a quick call to the front desk. Hotel was modern and clean, the area is quiet but safe at night. Parking rate was very pricy.

Sent the following email to management. As of today still no response. Management team, I had the privilege of staying in your establishment, room 102, on Saturday. I visit Newport Beach and Costa Mesa several times a year. My wife and I checked in around 6 p.m. to prepare for dinner. We had a small window to get ready and noticed a few mosquitoes in the room. We didn’t overthink it, killed a few bugs, and continued with our evening. I did alert the front desk clerk once we checked out that there were mosquitoes in the room, but I forgot to mention the spiders that we found. Yesterday evening, we realized we had over a dozen bites on our legs, arms, and my wife’s head between us. It is causing concern for the mosquito bites and possible bed bugs Please confirm that there are no bedbugs. At this point, we need confirmation about the bed bugs and some concession for the inconvenience. Attached are some pictures of the bites for your reference. Thank you,

The parking is convenient and close. Staff is very friendly. Rooms have hardwood which is much cleaner than carpet. Easy walking distance to a large shopping center with many dining options. Conveniently close to 405 freeway. Rooms have patio / balcony. Nice water fixture throughout the property makes for a tranquil / peaceful experience. In general very nice place to stay.

My husband and I decided on a staycation for Labor Day weekend, visiting from down the street in LBC. The hotel and property were beautiful! The restaurant was amazing and Every single staff member was friendly and polite and really made us feel at home. We will be back!

I got a blister on my foot after shopping all day and the front desk supplied Bandai’s. My husband forgot his shaving cream and razor and when he asked for a nearby pharmacy, they gave him both free of charge! Very accommodating. They went above and beyond. Definitely staying again.

Wonderful place. This will be our new staycation. Very clean, comfortable and a beautiful property. This air conditioning needs checked. It ran hot in our room both days.

Staff were all helpful and courteous. Food at restaurant was good although one dinner dish was super good! I had several problems with the facilities in the room. Gallons and gallons of water ran down the drain while awaiting hot water for a shower. After 5 minutes of this, I gave up. Not all of the electric outlets were usable for charging my phone and i-pad. The one workable outlet was in a corner of the room, i.e., inconvenient. An on/off switch on a table lamp didn't work; I was told that I had to use the wall switch at the entry door to the room in order for the table lamp to work. No instructions for connecting to the internet were provided so I had to call the front desk to ask for this. The room key card needs to be used to make the elevator work; however, no instructions were provided about how to do this. I ended up asking another hotel guest how to use the elevator.

The staff was great from the valet to the servers. Loved the hotel, just wished the pool was bigger it looks bigger in the pictures other than that it was great ! Little note bring bug spray if you are going to be near the lake.
