Mold allergy of my partner was triggered. Likely do to poor management of shower facilities.

When we checked in, the manager on duty (sharp guy with a green pocket square) was charming, welcoming, and extremely helpful. It made a wonderful first impression on our group. There was not a remote in the room for the tv and we had someone at the door within 5 minutes of calling the front desk. The room was immaculate and comfy! We would 100% stay again!

Check in was great. Front desk staff was friendly. There was noise in the halls after 10 pm, but it didn’t last long. This is one of my go to hotels whenever I visit family in Richmond. I did not like that I checked out before 8 am and did not receive an email receipt. The rooms were clean, but housekeeping could do a better job with cleaning the shower area. Nice big parking lot. Safe location. Plenty of restaurants near by.

Hotel was okay, but did not exceed my expectations. Furniture in the room was old outdated and falling apart. Bed was comfortable and made our one night stay relaxing. I likely would not book again with this hotel.

Overall I had a pretty good stay. I had a guest visiting my room and was super please when the woman at the desk called me to confirm it was okay to send them up to my room. As a woman, it felt good to know that they took that precautionary measure. My only complaint is being able tp hear other peoples doors closing through out the my stay at all hours of the day and night

Don't know if wake are thin or window old but heard talking til after 3am! Beds as comfortable as air mattresses. Air worked really well but really loud. Not enough wash clothes and shower door needs adjusting or lubrication. Loud screeching sound.

We stayed when my son had a baseball tournament nearby. It was a great hotel. He loved swimming at night after the games were over.

The bathrooms can be upgraded there was ALOT of rust on the light fixtures, looked like there was a little water damage in the bathroom as well.
