A couple of years ago, I stayed at one of suites however at this time, I stayed at deluxe room two nights. My room got lots of noises from neighbor rooms and service path. There are not enough sound block between rooms as I think and it caused sounds of voices and TV tones into my room. And also, my room was located in front of service door and there had been sounds of opening and closing doors every minutes day and night. My room number was #343. Please avoid this room.

I was thrilled to at last be able to stay there. Staff was above and beyond kind and friendly. Le Relais in the hotel was the best meal of our trip! I felt incredibly welcome and hope to return next year.

The staff was incredible when we needed a different room due to a noise issue-they did everything they could to make us comfortable and the rooms were immaculate. They even had a special “mother/daughter in Paris” monogrammed piece of nutty chocolate boxed to perfection waiting for us in the room! Beautiful hotel with staff that really care.

The staff are rude and not helpful in the slightest. It was the worst check-in experience and check-out I’ve every had in my life

The view is unbeatable but the room condition is on average compared to the price. However we have been waiting for 3 hours to check in after the scheduled check in hour. Thus our dinner appointment has to be postponed. And there is an additional 129.5Eur under "contribution employe" upon checkout, the staff had never informed us this is optional and just included it in the final invoice. We only found out from hotel.com later that this isn't part of tax or room charger they agree with. The overall experience isn't too pleasant.

They have the best concierge and front desk team i have ever met. Concierge Vincent is exceptionally outstanding and always seems to pull magic out situations that seem impossible. The valet team, door bell, restaurant attendants, managers take great measures to know yo by your name and your habits. For this reason i have been always staying at this hotel every time i visit Paris and that will not change.

Amazing hotel absolutely lovely staff and great service. Fantastic bar where the Thursday DJ is a delight. Then the Concierge team are absolutely fantastic. Top notch. The Relais
