Everything was great except getting a welcome text message at 11:30pm. When i said something to staff in morning, they said its automated and will remove me. I said you need to pass along the message do others dont get that message so late.

From the check-in to check out everything, including breakfast was very good. Thank you.

The hotel wasn’t very busy but the receptionist still gave us the worst room in the building. Our view was the back wall of the check in overhang and they play loud music piped to the entryway which blasted directly into our dark room. Probably because he realized we are a gay couple or perhaps because we’re Jews.

Had to cancel reservartion due to tropical storm coming to the area, property didn't approve refund due to their policy. Lack of flexibility and empathy. Never will stay at a hampton again.
