Shabby in general - outdated systems - no one responded when we ordered maid service - looked forward to using the pool but everyone said it was cold so didn't bother.

Stay was average. Breakfast was misleading. At the time of booking, it said breakfast included but didn't specifically say that it was only continental breakfast. And pastries should have been thawed and placed in serving trays rather than in plastic wrapping

Everyone was very helpful and the hotel is comfortable, very clean and close to downtown. Our only complaint comes in the breakfast. It is in a very narrow room, limited items, and there was a line that went out the door my husband wanted a breakfast sandwich and waited in line for 20 min to get access to the microwaves. There was limited seating, especially if you had children. We either had to set at the one tall table or on a sofa. There is plenty of room to either put some more tables or restructure the access to the breakfast area. The people stocking the area were moving as fast as they could and worked hard to keep everything stocked.

We were two older ladies put next to families with loud kids, there was no microwave in our room. The continental breakfast was some jimmy dean muffins, cereal, yogurt and some pastries….. not what I was hoping for, but hot tub was perfect. And staff was friendly

Very comfortable! It would benefit from some sort of update, but everything was clean and I slept pretty comfortably each of the two nights I stayed

The hotel and staff were great. The hotel is older and could probably use a remodel but, for the price point it was perfect. The rooms were clean and there was plenty of ammenities. Although I did not use it the the indoor outdoor pool looked like alot of fun.

Turning the handle to full hot only came out in a trickle. Turning the handle toward cold made the water only warm. My first thought was the shutoff under the sink was turned down. So, I opened the valve a half turn and it leaked. So, I turned it back and we dealt with the low flow on the hot side.

At one time this used to be a fabulous hotel. Now it is still good, but in need of a renovation. Great front desk staff, mediocre breakfast, spacious room, old aircon, good location.

Only thing I didn’t like was having a homeless man sleeping on the back stairs of the access to the back parking lot.

Nice stay, attended the National Dahlia show for Wenatchee. Very quite and hotel staff very nice.
