The room was clean and adequate for a one night stay. The hallways were quiet in the evening. The bathroom was clean and well stocked. Very good area, nearby plenty of stores and food. Both Starbucks and Dunkin nearby for us when we left in morning I would have liked 4 pillows on bed, 2 for each of us instead of only 3 pillows But that could be easily fixed if I really wanted to, which I didn't. If we are in this area again we will definitely stay here.

I give them 5 STARS! Excellent location, staff so friendly, very clean! Near the mall, fun land, restaurants, etc. I will MOST DEFINITELY be back!

When staying at this hotel my room smelled like mold. The desk didn't offer to change our rooms when this was brought up. When we woke up the next morning we were all having issues breathing and our throats bothered us.

The staff was friendly but the property itself is just average but the price fits what you get. The first room the tv didn’t work but they moved us to another room. The second room had cigarette burn hole in the sheets, the toilet seat was peeling, and the tub was squeaky every time you move. It is a smoking hotel so even if you get a non smoking room, unfortunately it still smells like smoke. The bed was super comfy though and the room itself wasn’t bad. It’ll due in a pinch for sure and it’s pet friendly.

Domestic arguments outside the rooms as well. We booked it because it was cheap and were only staying a short time. We ended up staying a total of 1 hour in the room before checking out and getting new hotel down the street. $40 more a night at the new hotel it felt like we had the Four Seasons. This place should be condemned.

The staff were very kind, polite, and helpful. I was lucky to be able to park right at the door each night and the lighting in the parking lot was good so i felt pretty-safe. They were still completing some updates to the hotel but it was not a problem. In fact made me smile to know that they are able and willing to update the hotel for their customers. Thank you so much!
