While checking in, they put us on the 4th floor. I explained to the person I was injured and can't do stairs. They told me, no worries there is an elevator. When we got to the elevator, it was not working. So going up and down stairs totally re injured my knee. I ask the person at the desk in the morning and she told me everyone knows the elevator was not working. I explained I asked and told the person I could not do stairs and she told me I could use the elevator then acted like no big deal. I will not be staying there again. Also when I went to check out I asked the person what I needed to do and she just looked at me and pointed to the box. So unfriendly and acted like I was bothering her. The room was fine and clean. The breakfast was ok. Waffles. I tried eating the eggs and sausage, but they were not very good so just stuck to the waffles.

Our stay at the Days Inn in St. George was underwhelming. We normally stay in the Ramada. St. George has become a poorer place to visit. St. George has is too costly, and a less attractive vacation value.The hotel was serviceable, but drab. The ammenities were poor.

The cleanliness of the hotel room was deplorable (e.g., visible bugs on the floor, brown residue on the walls and door near the toilet, etc.). And the hotel was in need of major renovation. The man who checked us in was friendly which is the only positive about our stay.

I was asked about how many guests, issues with their credit card reader and I was pushed aside to take someone else. Im a regular traveler, platinum level. Room is dated and poorly maintained. A large parking lot is a plus. You hear the upstairs hotel guests as the floorboards squeak quite loudly. Cheap and parking are the only pluses here.

It’s an older hotel that could be renovated but everything worked pool, brkfst…. Had a suite. Huge room but carpet needs deep cleaning. I’d stay again because I don’t need a 4 star place.

This hotel is pretty clean, and the staff was nice. My main issue was that the door to our room was EXTREMELY difficult to open and close, I had to have my boyfriend help me anytime I wanted to go through the door as it kept getting stuck. They offer free breakfast in the morning, which is always amazing. The building is also directly across the street from a couple fast food places, super convenient.

Check in was quick and easy. Gary, at front desk, was friendly and direct with instructions. The lobby was clean and organized. Our room was clean as well. It’s definitely a property to remember. Thank you.
