We were only there for one night. Had doctors appointments.

Good clean room, only slightly worn. OK bed and pillows. Had microwave and fridge. Good shower. Elevator and good breakfast.

It was all good Just passing through

Staff was quick and friendly. Room was clean and spacious. Towels were stained, dirty looking. Area felt weird as the homeless community is very near but we were safe as was our vehicle. Price was great. Breakfast mediocre at best.

My apologies to the staff and this in no way is a reflection of them, but there's a public park right in front of the hotel full of meth-heads. They were in large groups, cutting straight through the front parking lot. I'm willing to bet the hotel can't do anything about the homeless drug addicts because of the park being public land and that's absolutely terrible. When I arrived with my wife, I immediately canceled and went elsewhere because I knew that area would become dangerous at night with all that drug activity.

Being very clean is saving this hotel. Free breakfast is a two. Bath tub needs replacing. Good location and parking. Security was a plus!

The staff was really nice at Front desk on my arrival and the lady from the B-fast are. I really enjoyed the breakfast!!

The only thing good in the hotel was , service of front desk agent . She went above and beyond to help us with Laundary after we found out the machines aren’t working once we came back to it after an hour. The lifts smelled bad and so do the corridors . The worst part is someone broke into our vehicle and stole our two bags and my son’s books that were in a bag. I notified the agent and she mentioned only GM has the access to the cameras and they have overnight security as well. I haven’t received a call yet from anyone from the hotel still . Terrible experience , on a family vacation and still isn’t over , so couldn’t reach out, messed up our plans big time for rest of the trip.
