Hotel was nice but staff was very slow. Stood in lobby for 40 min waiting to check in with no one in lobby and receptionist on phone. Told front desk needed a crib at check in and on reservation and still had to make several phone calls to get crib to our room. Waited 15 min on phone to call about the crib and crib finally showed up 1 hour after requested. Had 1 year old and couldn’t go to bed until it showed up. Very frustrating.

We paid $600 for a very average room due to it being move in week for Purdue. The bed was old and squeaky. There wasn’t soap in the shower. Felt like we were robbed.
