I was there for business. Enjoyed the real espresso machine and cafe in the lobby. Staff was friendly. Nice business hotel. The bed was lumpy, so not to my liking. Otherwise, fine.

The reason for my poor overall rating is a staffing or security issue. We paid good money to stay here, and while the hotel itself is in good condition and staff was nice, they need more staff AND policies in place that if you act obnoxious or unruly into all hours of the night, disturbing other guests, you should be made to leave or comply. Or have security or local police called in if you do not adhere to quiet hours…which should also be listed. We barely got 3 hours of sleep during our one-night stay, due to ridiculously loud and obnoxious guests above our room. I complained to front desk and was told “her hands were full and she would go up soon and ask them to be quiet”… that never happened, or they just didn’t listen to her. She needed back-up or security to enforce quiet time. This is unacceptable and needs to be addressed. Very upset and disappointed…and tired!!!

The toilet was stopped up the whole weekend and the trash can didn’t have any liners ..

Wonderful property and location. But room carpet was very stinky and hard to breathe. No water bottles provided as they ran out. Stinky carpet smell Unacceptable

The hotel is in a perfect location for the things we were scheduled to do. There are plenty of restaurants and shopping in the area if that is what you are looking for. The room is comfortable and hotel is very clean. Check in was a breeze and the staff is very friendly. The bistro is a disaster though. It is short staffed and the only option for coffee except the small carafe in the room. 20 minute (literally) wait for a cup of coffee isn't exactly convenient in the morning. If the hotel can't staff the bistro they should provide self-serve coffee in the lobby. Just saying.

Went to Bistro in the hotel, couldn’t find somebody to wait in us. When they finally did, they were helpful and the food was very good.

It was clean, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom/shower very nice. The small table was sticky on the legs and bottom. 3 of the keys did not work, but housekeeping helped me out. The front desk staff was not friendly at all; housekeeping was. A smile does not cost anything.

This is an under staffed hotel. Checked Friday to an aged, sparse room, Toilet hanle was broken and it ran constantly, electronic temperature guage was confusing and teded to land on 64F or 76F. Stained linens. No housekeeping even though requested No trash pick up. No fresh towels, Response from desk, "Yeah, we were short handed so some rooms didnt get done. You can come pick up clean towels at the front desk. We dont have anyone to do it. Bonvoy-AGE Courtyard Marriott! I will never stay there again. Two other national brands in same parking loi. Try one. They dont deserve your business

Beautiful hotel, wonderful staff. Only downside was for food and beverage service we had to wait a while to be served. Same staff that checks you in runs the cafe and bar so if they are checking in guests, they cannot serve you until they are done.

Hotel is quiet and really close to restaurants and a grocery store. Staff was friendly and helpful. Workout room was clean and all equipment was working. Pool/hottub was a bit old/dingy but still clean. Also, pool temp was nice and warm and hot tub was hot.
