The receptionist was WONDERFUL and so was our shuttle driver

About what you would expect. Communication barriers with staff but we made it through. They were very friendly with setting up airport transport.
Biggest concern is cleanliness. The bed was made, but the floor was sticky in parts and covered in debris (hair ties, noticeable trash). Most concerning was someone else’s shirt hanging over the bathroom door—eww. The bed was made beautifully, the shower was clean, and there were clean towels—so…that’s good.
The shuttle staff was awesome! They were the highlight of my stay!

If you're flying out of Cincinnati this is the place to stay! $60 for a room, $6 a day for parking plus shuttle service. One of my better room deals I've found.

Bed was nice. Shower had good pressure and plenty of hot water. Wifi was Decent. Breakfast was lacking. Stale day old dougnuts. Hard biscuits. 1st day, no gravy for the hard biscuits. Room was quiet. Close to airport with a shuttle.

The employees were friendly and my room was very clean and the smelled good too. We enjoyed our breakfast the kitchen was clean. I really liked that we could park our vehicle in their parking lot for a week. The fee was cheaper than the airport parking fee. Also, we were provided transportation to the airport from their shuttle bus, to and from. We will definitely consider staying again.

Apart from the dirty room with awful bedding, the “Breakfast Lady” named Sharon, an older woman was EXTREMELY rude after I was trying to console my son as he was upset. As soon as he began crying, I took him outside of the lobby to wait for our shuttle. Ms Sharon took it upon herself to rudely approach me as we were leaving to tell me we were not allowed back inside (check out wasn’t until 11AM) and began hurling personal insults to me as a person, even trying to get another guest to side with her. after that she got INTO my mothers face and argued with her and refused to back away. Multiple people witnessed this as it was at your main enterance. FIRE HER if you want return customers! Her behavior was absolutely unacceptable as a single mother with no help, I didn’t appreciate being betrated after I did everything I knew to do to remove my noisy child from making disturbances. DISGUSTING BEHAVIOR!

The desk attendant went above and beyond his duties when we arrived after a two hour delay!!! He was so kind and deserving of recognition. It was Thursday night after midnight. Sorry I don’t remember his name.

Four night vacation stay. Rooms were clean and we had housekeeping 3 of the 4 days without asking. Staff was helpful.
The building is aged and needing some updating and freshening.
Breakfast was average.
