Was my second stay ovet the past month. Highly recommend for businiss and couples travel, as hotel pool, gym and breakfast are all above most 5-star standards.
Room and bathrooms are very well designed, and furnished.

It was a beautiful stay. The infinity pool is stunning and we have a very good and relaxed time there. Location is good, near amenities and beautiful restaurants.

The hotel is beautiful and absolutely meticulous. Check in was easy. Unfortunately we had a late check in, and we were hungry, we were told the upstairs restaurant was open-it was not. By the time we got back down stairs, the alternative restaurant was closed.
Then I used the ATM available in the garage, and the machine ate my card! The manager came to help but he was no help and not accommodating. He seemed aggravated! I was aggravated, because it was my only card to get cash while in Bangkok.

Overall just another average 3 star Kimpton IHG hotel chain. Elevators are insanely crowded and you’ll have to wait 10 - 15 minutes for an elevator. Some guests complained about missing their flights/cars because of the elevators.
Service is very slow and lacking. The rooms are not properly cleaned. Many times they left garbage and there were urine stains on the bathroom floors plus hair and mold.

The hotel is pet friendly and it was amazing seeing the pets gathering in the afternoon tea. Tha quality and variety of the breakfast was also great! I left my glasses in a spa close to the hotel and they were able to help me get them back again ! They went above and beyond on customer service !

Just beautiful. I’ve found my new home when I’m in Bangkok. The rooms are great, and the breakfast is spectacular. The staff are all brilliant. I can’t fault the property in any way.

I’ve stayed at Kimptons in other locations and by far the BKK location surpasses all experiences… that is saying a lot considering the Kimpton brand is already an experience in itself. The design of the hotel and amenities were top notch and left little to desire. The service was absolutely incredible and I couldn’t ask for more - located about a 20 minute walk from MBK main shopping center, it was far enough to be quiet but close enough where after 5 minutes of walking, you ended up in the hustle and bustle of BKK city. An absolutely wonderful experience and would certainly stay there again!
