Not so good this property needs to be updated . The carpet in my room was worn out and had stains on it. Did look or feel clean. Not what I was expecting from a Hilton property?

There was a terrible smell on the third floor and our bathroom smelled dirty. Luckily our room didn’t smell which is why we didn’t complain to staff.

Heat/Air did not work.
Clean linens were not provided (or is that a green thing you're doing?)
We expressed our concerns about all the above issues and were told they would be corrected.

As Diamond Members we've always enjoyed Hilton properties. I hope this is a lone exception.

I had requested a room with a walk in shower; when we arrived the room had a tub. The girl at the front desk did find us a room with a walk in shower but it was a hassle. We were then informed that breakfast was available to purchase; most places that we stay have breakfast included in the price of the room. The pool was closed for some reason. For the cost of the room I was underwhelmed. I expected more from a Hilton.

The hotel has a nice lobby and garden area to sit and relax. The room was just right for size, cleanliness, and A/C with a very comfy king size bed! The hotel is showing some of its age in the hallways, (carpet, paint, etc), but the room is more important and glad to see they feel the same by keeping the rooms up to par for guests. Would stay here again.

Rooms were not very clean. Hair noticeably everywhere. Staff were friendly, however didn’t like getting multiple texts asking if I needed things.

Wow! What a rare Hilton disappointment. Conrad and Paris would NOT want to claim this property. This is the first Hilton property we stayed that seemed "dirty". This includes mold stains under the sink and spider webs in the corner.

I stayed here for a family event. The location was great, right off the freeway and close to everything I needed. The customer service was wonderful! The only downside is it is a bit dated. It is clean and well kept though! My bed was a little hard for my liking but that's more of a preference.

I hardly slept…felt like there was a bounce house party in the room above me. I called the front desk to complain and the noise continued on for at least another half hour.

The room was clean, quiet and temperature controlled well. Housekeeping failed to stock the bathroom toilet paper and tissue. That was ok, except I had to go downstairs to the front desk because the clerk could not leave her post to bring me replacements.

This was a good stop for a long layover at the Seattle airport! We booked day of, and this was the cheapest airport near the hotel at about $300. Only about a 10 minute Uber to the airport. The room was spacious and the bed was comfy! Wish we'd left later to take advantage of the free breakfast!

Everything was great only complaint is this is the only hotel I’ve ever had to pay for the continental breakfast. We are already paying a deposit and parking.

The three days we were there we didn’t receive room service. One day we had the sign up the other times I went to the front desk. I was told they do not have daily room service and that it’s every other day if they aren’t too busy. Even asked for another pillow and they didn’t have any.

What a great place did a weekend getaway for my partners birthday, and we thoroughly enjoyed the hotel. We had a long suite and was exceptionally nice. Shower was great, bathroom was excellent room was clean. Loved it. We'll definitely be back
