I'm not sure level of other foreign capital hotels as I haven't stayed there in Cairo, but I don't think it is very good level as luxuary hotels.
-Towels were heavy, and worn-out rough
-We had to take care when taking showers because door in bathroom was not working well
-I'm not sure they were guests, but some men made us uncomfortable as they kept staying the elevator and stared at us. I felt it was not safe.
Good point was clean room and confortable beds.

Conrad Hotel is right on the brink of the Nile. The pool area is fantastic with great service. Rooms are very nice and clean and the staff is extremely friendly and service minded. We were allowed to stay in our room as long as we wanted the day we had to leave which is a great feature, so we could enjoy the hotel right up until we had to go to the airport. Highly recommended!

Conrad Hotel is right on the brink of the Nile. The pool area is fantastic with great service. Rooms are very nice and clean and the staff is extremely friendly and service minded. We were allowed to stay in our room as long as we wanted the day we had to leave which is a great feature, so we could enjoy the hotel right up until we had to go to the airport. Highly recommended!

The check-in process was long as their system was down when we arrived. The washroom ceiling was also leaking water in the middle of the night but they provided a new room promptly after our request to be moved. The non-smoking room still smelled like smoke, probably due to the ventilation. The breakfast had a large variety.

The pool was under construction and not available for use but they had complimentary car service to a marriott across the street so allow us to use their pool! Awesome customer service.

Very disappointing experience. Hotel facility is ok but service very poor. Concierge never there except to sell car with driver service. Hotel pool is in renovation, a total disastrous view of the pool working in progress. Not worth the price tag.

The hotel is amazing. Nice and clean but boy the check in staff, the attitude is filthy and have no professionalism. Imagine traveling for over 24hrs and was told I can’t get my room until after 5 hrs of waiting in the lobby.

Beautiful hotel in the heart of Cairo . They gave us access to VIP lounge because we had to pay extra to extend our stay which was lovely. Staff is so nice and helpful

First of all the check in took more than 30 minutes even though i was checking in on 22 floor .
The excutive lounge food choice wasn't to the expectation.
The room cleaing wasn't good at all .. the balcony seating area was never cleaned during my stay.
The key card sensor on the elevator need changing .

I made a reservation to ensure that I had a room after a very early flight arrival (5am). I called several times to confirm the late arrival, but no one answered the phones for days prior to my stay. Upon arrival I was told that because I was not there before midnight that my reservation was canceled. I asked for a refund and was told it was possible but that I needed email corporate. I’m still waiting for an email reply a week later.
