Staff was friendly and helpful, which was especially welcome after a long flight from the US. Room was clean and comfortable. Hotel is a short taxi ride from AEP, and the staff arranged a taxi for me since I had to leave so early in the morning (3:30am).

This was initially advertised as Meliá Hotel in Expedia. It was a surprise to me when I arrived to see it was a Doubletree.
Staff was very nice and polite. The rooms were very clean too. Bathrooms lack of airflow but if you open the windows and turn on the AC you won’t notice the smell.

What I disliked the most was that on arrival, we were informed that there were no rooms available. Other than that it was only one day wasted and we were only in BA for one day. We had 4 hours of fun finding somewhere else to stay at twice the price😂

We had a great stay and as a Platinum we were upgraded to a beautiful and spacious corner suite. They have a nice indoor pool to use after a day of shopping. Very convenient hotel for tourism in walking distance to major attractions and dinner in Puerto Madero

Checkout time can take a tad longer than I am used to, but I have not been involved with international hotel checkouts. The dinner buffet was very good for the price; I felt the breakfast buffet was good but a tad pricey. Overall, an excellent place and I would easily recommend folks visiting BA to stay there

We really enjoyed the great location and friendly staff. Puerto madero, Florida and the Obelisco were all within walking distance. After a long day of sightseeing, the pool and jacuzzi on the lower level 2 were very refreshing. Thank you to the courteous staff at reception and bell boys.

The air conditioner in my room did not work for the first 4 nights, I complained every night and they will fix it and then it will break again.
The staff was super nice and the room comfortable but it was difficult to sleep with hot air coming out when is already hot outside.

Nice hotel reception, bad room (nbr. 521), I could heard the noise from the bar infront of the hotel, room extremely cold, no good heating, this executive room needs urgent renovation.
