World class.
Friendly and high calibre service and venue.
Weve stayed a few times and much if this was remembered including preferred room and double checks with food orders for my wife (had a small glitch last time some months prior).
Extra special props to the hotel reception team; especially the lady from Cantu (apols didnt get her name) amd Bruno who provided a tour de force high value breakfast experience for us. Bravo and thankyou!

Very nice, new and clean hotel. Everyone was helpful and we had no issues during our stay. We were allowed to check in 3 hours before and had a high floor as I requested.
The pool area and gym were amazing. Very close to the subway and plenty of good restaurants around. My only complaint would be everything at the hotel from food, mini bar and any other amenities are over priced.

Pan Pacific London is an excellent hotel in a great location. It is centrally located and has fantastic staff and room amenities. It is the quintessential hotel to start and end a day in London. I cannot wait to revisit London and stay at the Pan Pacific.

The food in the restaurant was terrible, really the worst of our 1 month UK trip. Never ever eat in that horrendous restaurant. Rooms are good or my rating would have been 1. I was so so sick after eating there.

I absolutely loved my stay here at the Pan Pacific London. I was traveling from the US and they helped me feel at home. The staff is extremely attentive and housekeeping was top notch.
