We asked for early access to one of our rooms when we booked and on arrival at 12.30 receptionist said it couldn’t be arranged, as if no rooms had been cleaned by 12.30. Most inconvenient, had to change in a toilet. Pity as the room was good but wouldn’t stay again.

Don't judge a hotel by what it looks like from the outside. Room with 2 queens and kitchenette. Also overnight parking nearby for $30 per day is pretty good (limited).
Staff friendly and professional and the cleaners were lovely.
I will definitely come back.
Only one safey issue is that the windows can be fully opened. So take care if you have kids.

Only stayed one night, because we had a function in the area and we live 3 hrs away. Definitely stay here again, great spot and happy staff. Cheers

Was very happy with the hotel. Staff were friendly. The rooms were clean and very nice. The hotel was convenient to everything, close to train station, buses, eateries and only a short walk into the city. Would definitely stay again.

The staff were very attentive and couldn’t do enough for us. The room was lovely and the food in the cafe for breakfast was delicious, especially the fresh orange juice.
The only improvement I would suggest is having a ramp at the entrance for people who have trouble with stairs. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Sydney.

Check in was an issue as the on duty employee waited to let us to the room untill EXACTLY 2pm, not 1:50 but 2pm. Otherwise the rest of the staff was fantastic

Excellent location; spacious rooms, restaurant good. Close to bus stop, walking distance to China town, Art Gallery of NSW and other sites to see. Hotel staff very helpful and provided electric adapters, umbrella, maps, and directions.
