Two front desk people acted as though they were put out by asking them questions.
I was there to make sure I was able to get good rest each day before traveling into Seattle. Two nights the fire alarm went off. 3rd night at 4:00 AM , 4th night at 1:00 AM.
Then elevator not available upon checkout.
Lady at check out was helpful and friendly. She was apologetic. Guess my next door neighbor was cooking both times and caused the alarm to go off. And no staff ensured elevator could be accessed.

When walking into the building it had an overwhelming smell that most likely is caused by different guests making food, as each room has its own kitchen. However, the smell was gone once we reached inside of our room. We were on the second floor, walls are thin and had a noisy upstairs neighbor. The bed was very firm, not that great of sleep the first night but after breaking it in, was better the rest of the stay. Overall I would recommend this location and would stay here again.

The property is good. But, they give me a room on first floor. I can’t sleep all night. Because, people upstairs walking too loud. I have to leave the next day. I rent two night on the weekend. And I only stayed there one night. And also there is no refund.

Price I was charged was not quoted price. These people add numerous charges that were never mentioned on booking. They also included a $100 damage deposit that has not been refunded 8 days later. I had booked room for both ends of a cruise (the shuttle service to and from the airport was very good). On checking out after my 1st stay I requested an exact total price for my 2nd stay. The price I was charged was $40 higher!

This was indicative of my stay, a hair in the basin and on the cistern, a room that was an ex smoking room, no breakfast included, bare minimum in the cupboards, nothing for me to be too annoyed about but defo not a five star establishment.

Room smelled like Indian spices were stored there. Fire alarm had false alarm at 3am forcing us to evacuate. Location is away from Central Seattle and everything is at least 30 minutes away drive time.

We needed an extra night in town and we stayed at the Sonesta Select the night before so we found a room here on short notice. Everything from check in to property condition is different so you are not getting the same experience. It is much cheaper however so I guess that can be a plus and we liked that part. Our room had a queen bed, sleeper sofa and a kitchenette and that convenience would be great if needed.
The condition of the property wasn’t the greatest, and needed repainted and deep cleaned . The front desk staff were nice and that’s who we interacted with.

This is a great find. Room was spacious, clean and neat--and the premises was quiet. Diane at the desk was extremly helpful and professional, and the courtesy van driver --who name i could not hear--was incredible--both polite and tenacious dealing with some very crazy airport traffik.
