Not impressed with the Auberge. Bathroom was incredibly dark and shower appliance sticking out of the wall. Bed was hard as a rock. Floor was dusty. Strange layout. This was our second stay and we don’t plan to return. Pros are access to the Terminal City Club pool and location.

The front desk staff are friendly and courteous and the suite we had was excellent. The gym is great for a hotel and the location is also great.

We stayed in the King suite on the 8th floor. Our bedroom space and living area had fabulous views of the harbor and Canada Place. It was also great to be able to use the club pool and hot-tub. The Auberge is a great location and check-in and check-out was seamless.
I would stay here again if I go back to Vancouver.

We selected this hotel because it is steps away from the cruise pier but less expensive than some of the other well known hotel chains. Our room had a separate bedroom and a nice counter with a sink and a fridge. We wished we would have stayed longer! The only thing that annoyed our family was that the fitness facility and the pool are part of a luxury downtown club and I didn't get the feeling they appreciated hotel guests that much. The pool is closed to minors until 9 am in the morning, so don't expect a family swim on checkout day. There is also no restaurant on site.
We appreciated that the staff allowed us to store our suitcases on our cruise return day :)

It is a cute little hotel. I booked it because of the proximity to the cruise terminal. The room was decent size, the bed was on the hard side, and the bathroom seemed small. We didn't use the pool or on-site dining. I asked for an extra blanket and was told they don't have them. I thought that was odd. I do not think it was worth the price that I paid. The area wasn't terrible but I don't think I would walk around too far by myself.

A nice and convenient (but expensive) hotel within easy walking distance to the cruise terminal. It was a treat to go for a long walk along the Coal Harbor waterfront.

The room was really nice and spacious and very clean and The staff went above and beyond to help us with our luggage from the hotel to the cruise ship terminal. Highly recommend this hotel if visiting Vancouver and easy access to the cruise terminal
