Staff at front desk and restaurant were friendly, efficient and helpful. Loved the gym with a Peloton bike; small cold pool felt great along with dip in hot tub. Room was very clean and bed comfortable. Shuttle service to airport was easy to schedule and quick.

The Staff was very welcoming to all who entered through the front doors to check in. I was truly disappointed that there was no complimentary TEA/COFFEE in the morning as we had to catch out shuttle at 5:30. Many have to leave before 6:30 am when supposedly the complimentary tea/coffee is put out for the guests. THIS IS DONE AT OTHER HILTON GARDEN INNS EG. MINNEAPOLIS.

The room was huge compared to normal hotel sized double rooms. It was wonderful not tripping over baggage as there was an ample space to store those things. The bathroom was huge as well and very accessible.

I arrived at 2am after several plane delays and cancelations. I called ahead at 5pm to alert front desk about the travel delays and confirmed I would be there. When I arrived they said they were over booked and did not have a room for me. I prepaid for the room, so I can't see why someone else who didn't prepay got a room. They also had no record of me calling and confirming my late arrival.
A very bad experience all the way around, the hotel did look nice, a lot better than the one they found for me to stay in at 2am.
