Overall ok, the beds to worn out, staff not to friendly, as per vip, we assume, our selection of room was upgraded, i don't think, was given the one we selected. Need it more activities, nothing to do or set for customers.

My reservation included breakfast. They refused to provide this service. When I showed them and they finally accepted it, I had already missed a breakfast. They offered no apologies or compensation.

The pool was dirty, it had a ring of what looked like grease. The power went out and it took them all night to get my AC to work again. It got hot. The room smelled, I can’t describe it. But almost like wet clothes. It was nasty. I had to be spraying to get the smell to subside.

Long wait time to check in/process to check in as well. Also requested rooms side was not honored and although was upgraded on both rooms and appreciated it the views were obstructed with palm frowns.
