Aweful, found bed bugs in room and they moved to another room which was worse than the original bed bugs room. Left hotel. Horrible customer service from assistant manager Crystal she refused to talk to me about this issue. 2nd room stunk so bad like cigarettes and had a banging going on all night long couldn’t sleep found that centipede in shower.
Only thing great about service here was the gentleman that checked us in Malcolm.

It was super clean! And everyone that worked there was super friendly! It was right off the highway so it wasn’t as beautiful in the surrounding areas but a nice place to stay with little kids.

1. Cleanliness: The hotel was very clean! It smelled of fresh Mr. Clean- no underlying odor. Kitchenette and bathrooms were new and clean. Even the halls and Fitness center were fresh.
2. Sleeping: comfortable beds. I will say that the fitted sheet was rough, however.

I checked in and noticed water leaking from the A/C Unit. After speaking with maintenance, there was some banging around and cover removal to "repair" the unit. Needless to say, the room never cooled to less than 75 degrees. Miserable sleeping conditions. Also, the tv wouldnt turn on and the tub didnt drain properly. For a Marriott hotel, I expected better.

Definitely a newer modern style hotel. Room layout was good with just a few minor hiccups. For example, room had a broken toilet paper holder. Also, had less than a quarter roll and had to ask front desk for another roll, which they seemed put off by. The TV in the couch area of the room could not be used for live TV as well. Overall good stay, but will try other options next time.

Our stay was comfortable and service was great. Breafast had good options and rooms were very spacious. it was during the card outage and the gentlemen at the desk was very kind about it, even though it was the middle of the night. in the mornig he was still there having helping with breafest with a smile on his face. His customer service was excellent! Would definitely stay again.
