Hot tub black not cleaned for over a month. Pool needed to be cleaned as well. Elevator broken so everyone had to use stairs who were not on the first floor.

Evacuated due to Hurricane Milton and chose the Baymont by Wyndham Fort Myers near the Airport because it was not in a flood zone and it accepted pets. It was a very bad choice. Checked in to a room that had a window that wasn't in the frame. It leaked and rattled. Told the front desk clerk and was told there are no other rooms. The desk clerk rudely said I had 2 choices: 1) you can stay in the room or 2) he would refund my money and I could leave. Couldn't leave due to unavailability of rooms in the area. The room was damp, had the smell of urine that overpowered the perfumed deodorizer. The sofa was broken, but it was wet anyway so it couldn't be used. There was water seeping up from under the floors. Maintenance provided duct tape, so I could tape the window back in place. There was no coffee pot, no breakfast, no room service. The lobby coffee pot didn't work. Room refrigerator door was rusty. Cabinet finishes had pealed and delaminated. Walls and ceilings were dirty and in need of repair and paint. Two staff members were friendly and professional. Juan the maintenance guy, and Tina at the front desk. Met many guests because most didn't want to be in their rooms because they were in similar condition. The complained of backed up toilets, mold, stench, broken window glass, etc. This hotel was horrible. It should be shut down.

Note they are pet friendly but only dogs no cats. The place is run down but clean. The room was okay the curtains were ripped, the lamp coed plug was behind the mattress and bent. The orange juice was water with orange flavoring. Not bad, but I wouldn't stay here again.

Did not get accessable room as requested. But made room work. Did get second room close so daughter could help with her father who is in wheelchair.

My room, down graded to 2 queens vs the king I booked because I was traveling with dogs (2 chihuahuas). Dog guests are not allowed king size rooms The room was in terrible condtion. Bathtub was peeling, needing paint to the the bathroom door, main door. Holes in the wall from ppl opening door too hard. Remote batteries taped in due to cover missing. Was obvious this was the hallway for people with dogs stay. Overheard other dogs the 2 night stay. Felt discriminated because I had dogs with me.

Front desk employee was not groomed had on slippers, jeans and a T-shirt on. The front had a bad smell and there were crack heads walking around no shoes dirty and hanging around in and out of the hotel. Unbelievable I did not stay room was not well put and just dirty

The staff wasn’t kind. The clerk desk always had a bad mood. The entire property was so nasty. There was bad odor and humidity in the room. The cafeteria was the unique place confortable and clean. The woman who was in charge of cafeteria was extremely organized and fill.

We couldn’t sleep. The next room people were too loud and We could heard them clearly. Rooms are not private at all. Literally, my family and I couldn’t sleep until 4-5 am .
