The floor in the room was sweating and made it a fall risk and the water from the handicap shower when in use would wet the entire floor. We did get another room on the second day.

The room was fine. Should be receiving 157.00 back on my card. Checked out a day early. They told me they would refund me 157.00 for the day I was charged. Still have not received. Will not use Hotels.com again

Easy walk to the beach. Easy access in and out. Staff was great to accommodate two nights booked separately into one room for both nights. Pool area is great!

I wish I had known before hand there was a hotel being built that blocked the beach view in front of our room!

Had to go through 3 rooms to get a fair room bad mold cigarette smell third room was still moldy Slamming doors all night hear hallway noise all night cleanliness was OK Staff was Amazing !! Bed and pillows were awesome !! Didn't stay the time we paid for we stayed 2 nights not 3 nights would not stay at the hotel we stayed at again !!!

One of our favorite hotels in Gulf Shores. Always clean with helpful staff. Love eating breakfast outside and watching the sunrise.

We stayed here two nights when we came down to the Wharf to attend a concert. We loved our view over Gulf State Park, the walkability to the beach, the lovely pool on the property, breakfast included, and the great staff. The property is really nice and newer - this was a good value. Highly recommend.

When I walked in the attendant at the front desk was bent over with head against the counter, as if sleeping.

This is a very nice hotel! We were pleasantly surprised by how clean and comfortable the entire hotel is. Breakfast was great and the people at the hotel were friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Was a wonderful place to stay for a quick trip to the beach! Access for the public beach is just across the street! Very clean and friendly. We would definitely stay here again!

The hotel is located in walking distance from the beach. The breakfast was great, loved the waffles! The staff were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our visit and will stay there again.
