We had a very enjoyable room looking out on the water, which was spacious and comfortable. The only downside was that the people in the room next to ours were smoking on their balcony. When we had the sliding door to the balcony open we could smell smoke coming in so we had to keep it closed, which defeats the purpose of a balcony. We mentioned it to the front desk staff a couple of times. This is the first time we have ever had this kind of issue in a hotel room.

Very nice room, clean and quiet. Only negative was that the sauna was broken. But rest of health club was great 👍 Best hamburger I've had in a long time!

We always enjoy our stay here. Either with family or without, it has great amenities (pool, gym, sauna etc). Close to everything, great restaurant, room service, room decor a bit dated but very roomy with balcony - fresh sea air. Will stay here again.

Great location and view of the inner harbor and city. A little bit dated but very good overall. Service was very good. For was good, although they burned our toast twice.

Amazing stay, and friendly and speedy staff. You can tell it is an older building as the elevators are a little on the slow side. I cannot say enough positive things about this hotel. I will try and book it every time I am in Victoria.

Very low registration but the balcony we paid extra for was a horrible view and on the fifth floor with a high wall. So we were outside but could not see anything.
