I was given a room with a broken window and stink bugs dead in the room, when I told the woman at the desk about the window, she said, yeah, I wish they’d fix that, others have complained! Why put people in it then??? It wasn’t a crowded hotel! I won’t stay at a microtel again.

Halways were outdated , room had poor lighting , bed was squeaky , sink was leaking from pipes , tv was crooked on wall, ac unit made noise like a jet engine, the executive suite was just a regular room with an added sink, ive had way better hotels stays for that price if i could i woulda wanted my money back.

Was a little noisy with construction workers, but was clean and employees were congenial. Would stay here again with no issues.

This is definitely my favorite hotel in Salisbury. The staff is excellent the rooms are nice. Housekeeping is friendly and very helpful. Breakfast variety is awesome. I love this hotel.

My room was warm when I checked in and after hours of trying to cool it off we discovered the AC was not working. We had to move to another room which was fine. I feel that I should have gotten a discount for the inconvenience.

The hotel was very loud. Sheets had stains on them. Staff came in and cleaned our room but left the dirty towels on the floor. There was a strong marijuana smell when you walked into the lobby. I will never stay in a Microtel again.

We reserved a room with 2 queens and were given a room with a king and pull out couch. When this was brought up to the receptionist, they said they didn't have any other rooms with 2 queens. When Expedia reached out to the manager they said they could not do anything since the room was non-refundable. I understand it was non-refundable, but it's hard for a family of 5 to sleep in a king bed and pull out couch. Will not stay there in the future because of their error and offered no solution.

The room was ok for a quick overnight stay. I would not stay for an extended time as there wasn't many amenities. The room smelled of mold and the floor and under the bed was not very clean. My girlfriend pulled other people's hair off of her throughout the night. The free breakfast was a pleasant surpise and had some good options. The room looked to be updated but it definitely had a lot of cosmetic issues. The staff were very kind and the hotel was quiet for the most part.

Clean, quiet facility. Close to EVERYTHING so great food options. Set far back enough that it doesn't feel like it right on the highway.

I have stayed at this property twice because of my son’s attendance at UMES! This is a great location. The property is clean. The staff are efficient and friendly. The only suggestion would be adding an in room safe.
