Got consistently locked out of the room and had to go back downstairs to (very helpful) personnel; bathroom noisy throughout the night with startling water flushes; haven’t slept in days.

Nice little hotel in a wonderful area in Bilbao. We were greeted with the friendliest staff on arrival who gave us fantastic dining tips (I didn’t catch her name but shout out to whoever was working on 2nd Aug in the afternoon). The room is spacious, very clean and had a big window overlooking the street which was great. The bed is a bit creaky, there’s some scuff marks on the walls and the plumbing makes noise when using the bathroom but it didn’t bother us so much. We’ve paid similar prices for hotels in other regions for a bit more but it seems Bilbao hotels are more expensive generally. The hotel is also walkable to many spots and close to the Moyua metro station which is convenient for heading to the beach. Would recommend this hotel if you’re staying in Bilbao.

The location is excellent and lots of amenities and restaurants nearby. Great for a couple of days stay to explore Bilbao

I stayed here twice in a month, with different levels of rooms. The most basic room was fine. My 2nd room was one degree up in room type, and was a very pleasant surprise- a much larger, corner room with views onto 2 streets. The only problem I had, with both rooms, is that the shower drains slowly, onto the floor. So I built a “dam” out of a hand towel, and that solved the problem. This hotel is right at the first stop on the airport bus-very convenient.

Excellent location. Parking available but complicated. Friendly staff. Good choice for the money. Stay here specially if you don’t have a car!

Very basic and small hotel near the Guggenheim museum. No breakfast available. The bed was good.

Property is very close to Guggenheim Museum and also the Bellas Artes Museum. Surrounded by very good eateries.

First stop on the bus from the airport. No issues with checking in slightly earlier than due. Staff friendly & knowledgeable of the area. Couple of great bakeries close by so that addressed the breakfast needs.

very nice looking clean hotel in what looks like part of a larger building. reception area good and a lift to the 1st floor. think there was only ground level plus floor 1.? staff were on the whole pleasant and helpful although we were warned that the overall attitude of this area of Spain was subdued. room was nice and cool so aircon not really required. one big downside was the showers and toilets in all the rooms made a big noise when used. like a massive motor type groaning every time someone flushed the toilet or had a shower. not good at 5/6 am when people were getting up. for this reason i would not stay again although location was perfect.
