I have stayed at Rooms many times but there were some notable changes this time. These include: 1) the staff were not as friendly, personable and helpful as in the past; 2) the wait staff in the restaurant were not attentive to coffee refills, removing plates and being helpful as before - though the food and cook staff were outstanding; 3) I asked for bottle water and was told it was in plastic bottles in the cabinet but when I checked out, I was told that these were to be paid for and that the free water should have been outside on the dresser - this was odd in that I asked for bottled water several times and none was delivered; 4) the doormen/security were like "thugs" - never smiled and never friendly (and certainly not helpful). There was an older couple who could not easily carry their bags up the stairs and the doorman just stood there so I carried their bags. Not the service I am used to.

We arrived at the hotel for a couple of nights to celebrate our anniversary. The room was clean but small and set up for one person (one pair of slippers, one toothbrush, one robe, etc.). Also, I find it difficult to understand why a hotel of this level has such worn, small towels and no face towels in the rooms. The room is poorly equipped compared to other hotels, as there is no coffee maker or even a kettle for making hot drinks. The bed, in my opinion, was small and the pillows were uncomfortable. While The design is nice vintage and aesthetic, it wasn't practical. We got a complimentary bottle of Brut as a surprise to celebrate our event, but there wasn't a personal touch. I can say that the service itself was good, and when we called reception for towels or requested a late checkout, they were nice and helpful. Overall, I would not choose to stay here again and I don't feel that the prices are fair.

The problem is in hotel rooms. We paid for double room, but they give us single one( without closet, coffee, teapot, second pair of sleepers, toothbrush) Hotel style, location, bar-restaurants is mach more better and comfortable then rooms. Never recommend someone else.

Was never served because we gave up on waiting. Staff was not helpful in resolving this waiting issue.

My favourite neighbourhood in Tbilisi. Easy to get to different neighbourhoods. The hotel and room is very stylish and clean. This hotel is bigger tha the hotels I usually choose to stay. So I missed proactive personal touch from the hotel staff as I met new staff everyday during my 3-night stay. The hotel will get a bakery later this year. This will maybe make the place even better.

The only drawback is that there are no wardrobes or clothing closets (trying to be "cool", the room designer missed that part). But overall, I had exceptional experience in this place. Highly recommended.

This is my second stay at Rooms Hotel, Tbilisi. I visit Georgia often and this brand can do no wrong, I love the place and will definitely return. All the staff were exceptional from the bell boys to reception. Restaurant team super helpful too. Room was great, nice amenities, thoughtful mini bar selection and the decor is cool with great music and art everywhere. Great central location. I will be back as soon as I can! I’ve also stayed at Rooms Kazbegi and looking forward to trying their other hotels.
