This facility needs work. We’ve stayed here before. Again, our bathroom fan did not work so metal was rusted and there was mold in the shower. Gross! This place needs a major overhaul. Hopefully we won’t have to come back. We would have to stay somewhere else if we did. Breakfast was the only good thing so that saved us from having to stop to get food.

Cleaning lady blocked my husband from the food and then proceeded to talk about us in Spanish, hello technology Google translate. Then she turned off our key card to our room after we headed up. Glared at me the next day all thru breakfast and again turned off my card after I left dining area would never recommend this place

We had to change rooms after the first one smelled like urine. Staff was friendly and got us a new room quickly, however, the bathroom had mold in the grout and the towels were stained and old

Which wouldn't have been a problem if the wifi worked well, but it didn't. I had to connect my phone to my computer to share hotspot, and every 5mins the wifi would kick me off. When I attempted to ask the woman at the front desk why it wasn't working, she gave me an attitude, acted like I just didn't understand WiFi, and stated that "Nobody else had complained yet but me".
So I essentially lost 3 days of work.

Just before my last night, despite having the "Do not disturb" sign up, the staff entered my room, tidied up the beds and took my body wash. While the hotel experience wasn't disasterous, it was very unpleasant and I'm sure I won't book it again.
