A lot of activities included: tennis, canoe, ping pong, swimming pool, beach … We were in an apartment with a view on the lake, with a king bed and a Murphy bed so you can enjoy the living room and balcony

Really enjoyed my stay, the room could use some updating a bit, but it was fine, and the view was incredible, absolutely beautiful. The place also has nice facilities and a nice beach as well.

Continuing to have issues to get the deposit refunded and additional 65$ charged on our credit card without knowing what for. Hotel contacted on August 16th, they were supposed to call me back nothing. Really feels like a tourist trap in a beautiful location though.

It’s a room from the 80’s with few updates … missing lights, would have nice above the sink. I asked twice and nobody showed up. Also no room service was available.

It was a little warm in the room with king bed.. A/C doesn’t really reach there. The beach was wonderful, free kayaks, canoe etc. A bonus. Pool and hot tub great as usual however pool area could use regular mopping if excessive water as it becomes very slippery.
Renovations are being done slowly.

We recently stayed at Le Grand Lodge Mont-Tremblant and overall had an excellent experience. The service and staff were awesome—everyone from the front desk to the manager, and even the director, made sure to make our stay comfortable. The facilities are fantastic, with a suitable pool and a stunning lake right in front of the lodge that added to the charm of the place.
However, upon arrival, we were surprised to find that all rooms were fully booked despite having made our reservation through Expedia. This led to an unexpected situation where we had to spend our first night in a conference room. Despite this hiccup, the staff handled the situation with utmost professionalism. They ensured we were as comfortable as possible, offered us complementary breakfast and dinner, and even extended our stay by one night as a gesture of goodwill. In the end, while the start was a bit rocky, the exceptional service and the efforts made by the staff turned our stay into a memorable one.
